Create Animation, Design and Interactive Learning Experiences
Develop training and marketing content using the latest technologies like 3D Animation, 2D Animation, AR, VR, etc.
Produce sketches, storyboards, thumbnails, and roughs to visualize ideas by understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
Generate multiple ideas on the briefs of the clients to best suit their products.
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines, maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
Write and develop content for the organization's marketing and training needs, Social media marketing, and other forms of advertising.
Managing the team by providing creative and technical support. Final QCA for Design and Animation before sending the deliveries to the client.
Mentoring junior artists to provide growth and enhance production quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring and evaluating staff performance, creative output, and project processes
Supervising Animation team and producing high-quality character animation.
Communicating with directors, production designers, and artists to help realize the creative vision of the project.
Excellent communication and managerial skills, capable of independently handling project execution.
Identifying project improvements or new projects by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
